What to do if Vitamin B12 are stuck together or melted? Put them in the Fridge to get cooled off for 24 hours. They are just gummies and there are a slight chance that they might melt during shipment. The quality of the gummies are fine nothing is lost just it's shape. You may put them in the Fridge over night. And you may cut them in pieces. You will need to measure out 1 gram, or 2.5 ml cup per serving size when cutting these after being put in the fridge to make the product harder if arrived melted. Keep in mind that it's hotter in USPS shipping vans and this is out of our control and at times maybe hotter then normal. If this is a problem please do not buy.

Keep in mind the inner seal comes off when you twist off the top bottle cap, and will either be around the rim when you open it up or on the inside of the cap as you twist it open. You can take a sharp object to poke it if you wish to see on the inner cap.
Please beware after December 26th we've changed suppliers with smaller softgels that are still the same quality and ingredients in them, same equivalency. We've gone from a large bottle to a smaller size due to this as the bottles would look half way empty but still have the correct amount of softgels in them.
