You can take a sharp object to poke it if you wish to see on the inner cap.

It comes off as you twist the cap and the seal is on the inside of the cap and hardly visible as it's white and you need to poke it with a needle as it's very thing seal made to come off as you twist it off. Ours sizes is different then others, so you can not compare with competition and other companies making it. Keep that in mind, ours is without fillers. Our capsules are half way filled with white looking powder extract and in green capsules. We do not use fillers it's why they look half way filled. We use the green color to keep cost down as it's not as popular as clear capsules. Keep in mind each company uses different ingredients, and coloring.
