If there are weather conditions or delays ebay might not update this so please be very patient. We also once ship once a day and twice on Monday's due to weekend orders and large demands. We only ship Monday - Friday as USPS is closed on weekends in our area.

Keep in mind the inner seal comes off when you twist off the top bottle cap, and will either be around the rim when you open it up or on the inside of the cap as you twist it open. You can take a sharp object to poke it if you wish to see on the inner cap.
