Keep in mind the inner seal comes off when you twist off the top bottle cap, and will either be around the rim when you open it up or on the inside of the cap as you twist it open. You can take a sharp object to poke it if you wish to see on the inner cap. Seal tops only. It comes off as you twist the cap and the seal is on the inside of the cap and hardly visible as it's white and you need to poke it with a needle as it's very thing seal made to come off as you twist it off. Our capsules are half way filled with no fillers our powder is white. We don't use fillers to save on the cost and pass it along to our customers. Give it about 75 days to see results as it's not over night
Results will take 75 days to show, as vitamins supplements are not over night results, keep that in mind. Your body needs time to work with it as it's new.
If you only got part of your order it's not that we forgot but that we had to use another shipping bag as supply and demand lately has been short on shipping bags so you will get 2 packages and not just 1 package. If items arrive damage it's because of USPS machines and we use poly bags that are plastic, doesn't matter what kind of package you use USPS will always have machines damage a few. If anything let us know with photos to get help with it.
