Keep in mind the inner seal comes off when you twist off the top bottle cap, and will either be around the rim when you open it up or on the inside of the cap as you twist it open. You can take a sharp object to poke it if you wish to see on the inner cap. Seal tops only. It comes off as you twist the cap and the seal is on the inside of the cap and hardly visible as it's white and you need to poke it with a needle as it's very thing seal made to come off as you twist it off.
